Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern membership of SquareOne, the use of day passes, and the use of the SquareOne website and member app. By applying for a membership or buying a pass, you accept these terms.

2. Membership

• All memberships are by application and subject to acceptance by the membership committee.
• Memberships run on a 12-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
• A one-time initiation fee applies and is published openly during application.
• Memberships may be frozen for up to two months per calendar year for medical reasons or extended travel.

3. House rules

Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other members. SquareOne may suspend or terminate membership for serious or repeated breaches, fraud or violence.

4. Liability

Use of the gym, courts, wellness and longevity facilities is at your own risk. Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to train. SquareOne's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

5. Cancellation right

Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. To cancel, send an email to members@sq1.club within 14 days of acceptance. The cancellation right ends once the membership has been used.

6. Pricing changes

We may change membership pricing for renewals with at least 60 days' notice. Active 12-month terms are not affected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court is Zagreb.
