Open across the club.
Wellness & medical
Therapists, spa hosts, nurses and a medical lead for the longevity programme. Quiet professionalism, hospitality at heart.
Kitchen & restaurant
Sous chefs, line cooks, baristas, sommeliers, hosts and servers. We work seasonal, healthy and generous.
Front of house
Reception, concierge, member experience and events. The first face of the club — and the most important one.
Operations & tech
Facilities, IT, member app, digital product and data. The invisible team that makes the visible team look good.
Leadership
House general managers, heads of department and growth roles. We promote from inside whenever possible.

Frequently asked.
Do I need to speak Croatian?+
For most member-facing roles yes — Croatian and English. For coaching and back-of-house roles English alone is often fine.
Are these full-time roles?+
Most are. We also hire part-time and seasonal team members, especially for coaching, wellness and weekend hospitality.
Do you offer relocation support?+
For specialist and leadership roles, yes — we help with relocation, work permits and finding a place in Zagreb.
