Every member gets a baseline assessment and an introduction with a coach. From there it's up to you — train alone, in classes, or with a private coach.
Yes — classes are bookable up to 7 days ahead in the member app. The strength floor is open access, no booking required.
Absolutely. We'll match you with a coach based on your goals and schedule. The first intro session is included with membership.
Yes. Day-use lockers, showers, towels and amenities are part of every visit.
